some people love you, some people hate you (often for the very characteristic in you that someone else loves you for), friends come, friends go, talented artists live in poverty, untalented artists are millionaires, a stranger helps you out, a best friend doesn't, a healer is mean-spirited, a homeless person is generous, something looks like a miracle and then turns into a nightmare, something devastating happens and it turns out to be the best thing in the world....it's a crap shoot.
